Overview

OMONOIA FC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sponsorship Manager to lead efforts in attracting sponsors, managing partnerships, and enhancing the club’s brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in both marketing and commercial development, a passion for football, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorships:

– Identify, approach, and secure new sponsors and commercial partners.

– Prepare tailored sponsorship proposals and presentations.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors.

– Plan and implement activation campaigns to deliver value to partners.

– Monitor sponsorship performance and provide regular reporting.

Marketing:

– Develop and execute campaigns to grow the club’s fan base and visibility.

– Coordinate with internal teams to produce branded content and materials.

– Support fan engagement initiatives, events, and sponsor-led promotions.

– Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communications.

Coordination:

– Work closely with media, design, and commercial teams to fulfill sponsor needs.

– Stay updated on market trends to identify new opportunities.

– Ensure all activity complies with branding and legal standards.

Qualifications

– Degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field.

– At least 5 years of experience in sponsorships, marketing, or business development.

– Proven success in securing and managing sponsorship deals.

– Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

– Familiarity with social media, CRM, and marketing tools.

– Passion for football and understanding of sports fan culture.
