We are looking for a Junior In-House Legal Counsel to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a young and motivated lawyer with 1 to 3 years of experience who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing legal advice on corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and business operations.
• Support the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with local and international laws.
• Liaise with external legal advisors when needed.
• Assist in managing legal disputes and risk assessments.
• Support the formation, restructuring, and management of corporate entities.
• Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Law degree from a recognized university.
✔ 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, or an in-house legal role.
✔ Fluency in English (spoken & written) – Greek is an advantage.
✔ Basic knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
✔ Some experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
✔ Strong legal research and analytical skills.
✔ High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
✔ A proactive and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently when needed.
